Magic pools recently installed our pool they have done a great job yes things happen along the way it’s to be expected when doing a major project like this. Jarrett will answer all your questions in a timely manor. I couldn’t ask for any thing better they are about to wrap our pool install up. And me and my wife are happy with everything they have done! Thanks guys!

Highly recommend Magic Pools & Spas for your pool build! The crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and stayed in great communication throughout the process. They encountered a couple of unforeseen challenges due to the landscape of my yard, and they handled them professionally and expediently. I love having a pool and am thankful to the Magic team for helping my dream come true!

These guys are AWESOME! 2nd pool with these folks. We built one a few years back and moved to a new location. My first thought, Jarret and his team will get it done! I can say that they will hold true to their word. We had an issue on my first pool. The walls bowed after setting the footing. They re-dug the pool braced the walls and shored them up. No additional charge. Magic Pools always delivers. Even when things go sideways, we hit rock on the first pool. Could have had a 6 ft pool but we wanted 8 ft..... Magic Pools made it happen. Thanks to the whole team! We love our new pool! Appreciate everyone! Wes is always amazing, he does orientation, closing and opening the pool. He is a brother to me and always glad to see such a great man work sun up and down to make it happen for you! If you want a pool at a reasonable price, this family owned business is the way to go. My first pool was Concord NC and second Lexington NC. Just for an idea of the service area!

I would higly recommend Magic Pools and Spas to anyone looking to get a pool put in. They started and finished way ahead of schedule. They were responsive when we had questions. And, most importantly, their prices were very competitive. We love our new pool! Thank you to Jarrett and his team!

Jarret and his crew are great to deal with. Highly recommend this company for your pool needs. They all did a fantastic job with putting in our pool!

Extremely hard working and professional group. Customer service is above and beyond. From the moment we had our first consult, all the way through installation and training, it has been a great experience. Bill, Mike, Wesley, and Jarret were all amazing. Wesley and Mike even came out on a Thursday night to set up the pool to ensure it was ready for a Saturday party! Above and beyond! I would highly recommend!

We are first time pool owners having just bought a house with a pool. Wes was fantastic with helping my wife and I open our pool this summer and walking us through our equipment and how it works. Wes, also helped us get our water chemistry worked out and taught us how to use the water test kit. Very good service and will continue to use them for our pool needs.

I was having an issue with my pool pump. I called and they offered a couple things it might be. I tried it and it worked. Very nice and willing to take the time to discuss my issues. Will be using them for all service going forward!
